HELLO
Slowly my strength is coming back and today I almost feel like my old self. So much to do getting reading for the cold and snow. Freezing rain, then snow are expected for tomorrow.
BARN CLEANING AND MORE HAY
Chris is here to help me get some tasks done. He and Charlie cleaned the barn totally yesterday and it looks great. I appreciate the help so much. Today Chris and I cleaned up the yard and got the barn ready for a delivery of hay. The bales were heavy but all are safely in the barn.
. The heated water tank is set up inside. I still need to put plastic covering on the chicken ‘s window and get the lamp installed but that’s another day.
Night time visitor
This possum has been visiting my son’s house every night. He rests in the chestnut tree and we are wondering if he likes the vantage point or is finding nuts.
MEET SAMANTHA or SAMMY PUPPY AS LIL CALLS HER
My son and his family rescued this wonderful dog in New Hampshire. SHe fits in beautifully. Only 2 she still has a bit of puppy in her. I will be including more pictures of her in future blogs.
PEEPS AND TWEETS UPDATE
They have grown and are very vocal. Mama is still very attentive to them. They both have feathered feet like their father, Hazel.
